* Build a cohesive activation and hospitality strategy that maximizes Salesforce’s sports sponsorship rights and aligns with business objectives. Collaborate with Salesforce Strategic Events, Exec Programs, and Field Marketing teams to drive alignment across all teams activating sponsorships rights.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with Paris 2024 and tie them together under one single activation plan to be aligned with global strategy
* Run integrated cross-functional planning cadence to drive alignment & efficiencies with the French team
* Support sports marketing athlete strategy and execution including contracting, communications, and logistic for French market
* Develop the media and PR strategy in conjunction with the French brand and campaign team
* Develop the internal engagement strategy around Paris 2024
* Develop the customer engagement strategy around the partnership with the French marketing and C-suite marketing team
* Foster the product integration by the OCOG in conjunction with the Sales and CSM team
* Manage the relationships with the sports marketing agency locally, GMR
* Liaise with global sports marketing and Italian marketing and sales teams to outline best practices and key learnings from Paris 2024 to apply to MICO 26 as it relates to team setup, hospitality, product integration etc.
* Drive brand programs for France on other global brand-building activations
